Sharing Medical Imaging with Expert Witnesses

This second session focuses on how attorneys securely manage and share medical imaging during case development and collaboration. Topics include preparing imaging for review, protecting PHI and sharing images with expert witnesses, legal nurse consultants, co‑counsel, and opposing counsel. The session emphasizes workflow, HIPAA compliance, and credibility—helping attorneys ensure that medical images are organized, accessible and descriptive before formal expert analysis begins.

Medical Imaging in Expert Discovery and Trial

This final session examines how expert witnesses use medical imaging during discovery, trial preparation, and testimony. Attorneys will learn how experts interpret DICOM imaging, develop opinions, prepare reports, and support deposition and trial strategy. The webinar addresses coordinating imaging for depositions and trial, preparing experts to explain imaging findings clearly, and ensuring expert testimony based on medical imaging is accurate, credible, and persuasive in court.
