Job Description

Purview is seeking a smart, organized, curious, empathetic, hard-working, self-motivated candidate to take on a role as an account manager for existing customers.

The successful applicant will work with our clients to ensure they are delighted with our solutions and will nurture their accounts to help them grow into larger and new Purview solutions. This is a perfect role for someone who has excelled in customer service and wants to expand their compensation as a first step towards a sales career.

The successful candidate will be very personable and eager to learn. They should have demonstrated ability to solve problems, identify new opportunities and create innovative solutions.

The candidate will work across our entire customer base, building upon our prior successes, finding references, building rapport, and growing existing revenue. The candidate will also be responsible for lead nurturing, configuring and demonstrating solutions, negotiating, and closing sales. Virtually all of our sales process takes place via written correspondence (email/text), video conferencing and demonstrations, and telephone. Organizational skills, persuasive phone presence, and excellent writing skills are a requirement.

We will train the successful applicant in our technology and application, our marketing and sales process, and the medical records industry.

Compensation is a competitive combination of salary and incentive for successfully identifying and closing on new revenue opportunities with our clients.

Employment Type

Position is headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, but we will consider other locations that are easily accessible to the Baltimore/Washington DC area.
